All items must be paid in full and picked up on the day of sale. If you are unable to pick up your own merchandise, the bidder is responsible for making appropriate arrangements.

Transfer of ownership occurs upon the auctioneer declaring the item “SOLD”. Staff will make every effort to protect items once sold, but it is Bidder’s responsibility to safeguard won lots. Property left behind with no notice to auction staff will be considered abandoned and discarded at the auctioneer’s discretion.

All items are sold “where is, as is”, with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statements from the auction block or the catalog. Bid on your knowledge only, based on your inspection of the property. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT SOMETHING, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If unsure, inquire or do not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction, you have effected a contract and become responsible for payment for won items. Auctioneer will not honor “mistakes”.

Bidder is responsible for making sure auctioneer sees his/her bid. It is YOUR responsibility to get the auctioneer’s notice before “SOLD” is said from the block. The auctioneer will not re-open items after declared “SOLD”, or “PASSED”.

Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment she deems appropriate. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person in the audience whose conduct, actions or comments she feels are not in the best interest of the seller, or whose conduct is simply unbearably rude.
